Sales Broker Position - Marrakech, Morocco
My client is a reputable financial services firm with offices in Morocco and Madrid. They are looking to expand their already thriving sales team by adding additional Sales Brokers. Flights and accommodation are provided. Please only apply if you're happy to relocate to Morocco.
Job Description: They are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Representative to join the sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products or services. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively to close sales. Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices. Stay informed about product features, benefits, and updates to effectively communicate with customers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. High level of motivation and a results-driven approach. Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient and positive.
