Job Description:

We are looking for experienced closers who convert prospects into clients. We are a small team built with highly driven individuals who work very well both alone and together. The team has an extremely positive group mindset where every member of the team brings their own added benefit to the gallery. The training provided within the business has brought all staff to an extremely high standard of product knowledge and results achieved. We are a high street gallery with good connections from London, only 15 minutes on the train from London and free parking available.
 
About the Contemporary Art Market:
With the UK economy ever so turbulent over the last few years, many people have been diversifying into alternative assets such as Fine Art, Whiskey, Fine Wines, and Gold. It's no wonder that the Contemporary Art Market has outperformed all other areas for the last two years running and is moving from strength to strength currently.
 
Requirements:
  • Previous telesales experience of at least 1 year.
  • A strong grasp of sales success is essential.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve your goals, not just in the workplace but in your life.
  • Senior sales consultants play a pivotal role in our organisation's growth, and we are expanding our sales team.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to close leads and generate new business.
  • Knowledge of financial markets are also important.
  • We are looking for individuals who have an eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to ongoing learning in personal development is critical.
  • You should be articulate and well-presented.
  • Proactive thinking and a forward-looking approach are highly valued.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to achieve targets.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Contacting leads generated from our well experienced in-house team.
  • Engage with high-net-worth individuals who have expressed interest in the Contemporary Art Market.
  • Contribute to building a strong client base and generating new business.
  • Build rapport with prospective clients.
  • Effectively explain the features and benefits of the market.
 
Experience:
  • One year Telephone sales experience is essential.
  • Experience dealing with objections over the phone.
  • Ability to build rapport and capture the interest of potential clients over the phone.
  • Confidence and proficiency in speaking with new clients.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques.
 
Additional Skills That Would Be Beneficial:
Interest in self-development through reading or participation in sales training programs.
 
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a broker background.
