D’Stassi Art is on the hunt for high-performing, professional and career-driven Sales Consultants to engage with prospective customers and convert leads through the use of sales techniques and excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone with a tenacious attitude and the drive to succeed within a fast-paced sales environment. You will need to have a high level of will and want for a successful sales career.

In this position, we can offer high potential for growth within the company to progress to Account Manager positions. The Gallery will offer multiple networking opportunities throughout the year including but not limited to gallery exhibitions, art fairs and dinners.

Reports to: Managing Director + Floor Manager

Job Requirements:

• Working to sales targets
• Creating a pipeline to nurture and convert through excellent relationship building skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Perfect conversational English
• Good phone manner
• Willingness to learn and follow a proven structure
• Availability to attend events, exhibition launches and dinners
• Confidence and a welcoming demeanour as face-to-face sales are highly encouraged.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Full-time hours 11 - 7 / Monday to Friday (with the occasional evening or weekend dependant on launches and events)
