Job Description:

We are a leading art brokerage seeking a junior broker to further their career.

Our unique selling point is that we only work with artists exclusively that have a proven track record with positive auction results at the likes of Christie's, Sotheby's and Bonhams.

Whilst this is a telephone based role, we encourage face to face meetings and you will have the benefit of interacting and receiving training from the artists themselves, as well as representing the business by attending exhibitions and networking events.

Responsibilities:

- You will be the initial point of contact representing the business for individuals that have expressed an interest into the art market, therefore a polished telephone etiquette is essential.

- Gain an understanding of what has motivated individuals to seek opportunities outside of their current investment structure. Our ethos is to serve not sell.

- Maintain a strong, tenacious work ethic.

Experience:

- You will have worked in telephone sales; B2B or B2C will be considered, however, experience in investment and/or art is highly advantageous.

What the business can offer you:

- There will be a full initial training course covering general investment/market knowledge, sales training and extensive information on the art market.

-The training is ongoing by way of daily group meetings and weekly 1-2-1's to ensure continued personal growth and success for all involved.

- All team leading and management positions are organic from within, we do not externally recruit, therefore offering a structured and defined path for career progression.

- Generous commission, bonuses and incentives.
