Job details

• Manage two junior brokers and close there leads
• Train, guide and develop the junior candidates
• Leads will be provided weekly for you to call clients and pitch the company’s products
• Offer new and existing clients products and developing strategies
• Talking to clients about the latest online day trading platform
• Opening and closing your own deals.

Skills / Experience

• Experience closing deals
• Knowledge of global financial markets
• Previous ability to meet and exceed revenue targets and internal kpi’s
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Broker industry experience
• Money motivated, ambitious
