My client is currently recruiting for a Senior Investment Associate/Broker to join their investment team within our investor relations department.

Please note - No Cold Calling, all prospects are inbound marketing leads generated via google.

Background:

You will be working from their sales office based in London Victoria where you will support and add to an existing successful direct sales team in a growing and exciting market.

Role of our Investment Associate:

• Contacting inbound sales leads that have shown an interest in investing into fixed- term bonds and growth property-backed investments.

• Understand the client’s risk and investor viability for our product quickly and effectively.

• Build rapport, fact find and ask probing questions in order to understand the individual investor profile i.e. High Net Worth or Sophisticated Investor.

• Working towards achievable KPIs and targets, both independently and as a team.

As an Investment Associate you will need to have:

• 1 years investment sales experience

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Handle and overcome objections daily.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work under pressure and to targets.

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

In return we offer a basic salary with exciting career opportunities with an OTE;

Year 1 £90,000 (uncapped)

Year 2 £160,000 (uncapped)
