Description
Hackstons is a London based luxury asset firm specialising in fine wine, rare whisky and alternative investments. We support private clients in building long term wealth through premium asset ownership, backed by education, secure storage and a curated retail experience. As we continue to grow, we are investing in a dedicated new business team, creating opportunities for ambitious individuals to build a career in the specialist world of whisky investment.
The Role
As a Junior Whisky Investment Broker, you will engage with prospective investors who have registered an interest in cask whisky investment, building relationships, qualifying opportunities and passing suitable prospects to our experienced Senior Account Managers to close.
You will not be expected to manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to completion. Instead, you will work alongside experienced Seniors, allowing you to concentrate on mastering the skills that make an exceptional opener
The whisky investment industry is a specialist market. Developing genuine expertise, earning the trust of high net worth clients and becoming exceptional at your role takes commitment. We want people who understand that success is earned through consistent effort and who are excited by the prospect of becoming highly skilled in their field.
We are looking for people who want to build a career, not simply find a job. People who are prepared to put in the hours, learn their craft, embrace coaching, take responsibility for their results and continually push themselves to improve.
No previous experience in whisky or investments is necessary. We’ll teach you the industry, but ambition, resilience and work ethic must come from you. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to develop specialist expertise, earn well and build a long term career in a growing business with genuine potential for progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Build rapport and establish credibility with prospective investors.

- Pass qualified prospects to Senior Account Managers with clear, detailed notes and agreed next steps.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your own pipeline.
- Work towards targets and KPIs, taking ownership of your performance.
- Embrace coaching and continually develop your skills.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and client care.

- We value attitude, aptitude and ambition over experience.
- A strong work ethic and genuine desire to build a career.

- Coachable, organised and committed to continuous improvement.
