Liquid Opulence is a reputable and multifaceted business based in London, specialising in fine wine and luxury spirits. We empower individuals to build wealth through the acquisition of fine and rare wine, whisky, and spirits, whether in cask or bottle form.

The Opportunity

We are building a new business opening team responsible for introducing new clients interested in cask whisky investments. You will be the first point of contact for prospective investors and will guide them through their initial conversations while helping them understand this niche and fast growing asset class. No investment or whisky experience is required and full training is provided. What matters is your drive, confidence, resilience and desire to build a serious career in sales. If you’re looking for an easy ride or a 9 to 5 where you simply clock in and out, this probably isn’t the role for you. We are looking for people that are excited by the prospect of developing into a high performing sales professional in a growing investment business.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound enquiries quickly and professionally.
Qualify opportunities through meaningful conversations.
Onboard new clients and understand their investment objectives.
Educate clients on whisky & cask investment fundamentals whilst acting with integrity and always prioritising a duty of care
Manage your own pipeline and work towards targets and KPIs & Maintain accurate CRM notes and uphold compliance standards.
Overcome objections and advise clients confidently.
Contribute to a positive and high performance team culture.
Identify new routes for business development and nurture relationships.

Requirements

No experience needed, just the right attitude!
High energy and strong communication skills when speaking on the phone and face to face.
Organised and proactive with the ability to manage your own pipeline.
Resilient, coachable and motivated by targets and rewards.

Desirable

Previous experience working in a sales environment / working towards targets and KPI’s
Personal interest or experience in investing and/or whisky / confident dealing with HNW
Commercially minded with strong understanding of investor behaviour
