Description
We are seeking an experienced and results driven Investment Loader to join our growing team in Central London. This is a high-performance sales role focused on engaging with an existing client base and introducing them to our range of alternative investment products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding investor objectives, and successfully closing investment opportunities across our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and manage an existing database of qualified clients.
- Present and promote the company’s alternative investment products in a professional and compliant manner.
- Build long-term relationships with investors by understanding their financial goals and investment appetite.
- Close investment opportunities and maximise client participation across available products.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and investment activity using the company’s CRM system.
- Work closely with management to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Keep up to date with current market trends and product knowledge within the alternative investment sector.
- Ensure all communications and sales activities comply with relevant regulatory and company standards.
Essential Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals within the alternative investment sector.
- Experience selling products such as property investments, private equity, bonds, structured products, EIS, VCTs, or other alternative investments.
- Demonstrable ability to convert existing client relationships into completed investment transactions.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing client pipelines.
- Professional telephone manner and high level of client service.
Desirable
- Existing network within the investment sector.
- Experience working within a fast-paced investment brokerage or wealth management environment.
