Description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Investment Broker to join our London team. This is a high-performance, phone-based sales role focused on closing investment opportunities with qualified inbound leads, as well as leads generated by junior brokers.
You will play a key role in revenue generation by converting warm prospects into clients, leveraging your expertise in sales, financial products, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads and pre-qualified prospects, providing tailored investment solutions
- Close deals over the phone with a strong focus on conversion and revenue generation
- Work closely with junior brokers, developing and closing opportunities from their lead pipeline
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Clearly explain investment products, risks, and benefits to clients
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems
- Stay informed on market trends and relevant financial products
Requirements
- Proven experience closing deals over the phone (essential)
- Background in investment sales, brokerage, or financial services preferred
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Confident, persuasive, and professional phone manner
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines
Desirable
- Experience working with inbound and broker-generated leads
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment products
- Previous experience mentoring or working alongside junior sales staff
