Description
GSC Agency is a nationwide company specialising in Security, Utility, and Maintenance Services, operating across the UK. The business has experienced significant growth over the past 12 months and is continuing to expand its operations.
We are now recruiting motivated Sales Advisors to expand our sales network, drive new business opportunities, and contribute to the continued growth and success of our company. Minimum of 1 year of B2B Sales experience is required for this role
The Role
As our new advisor will be expected to:
- Generate leads. This will open doors for you to bring in new business, where you can gain uncapped commission.
- Build new relationships with potential clients.
- Liaise with existing clients to develop new and renewal business.
- Generate sales reports.
- Give appropriate and accurate advice on services.
- Maintain a diary to ensure promises and follow-ups are actioned.
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients.
- Work collaboratively with team.
The Candidate
To be considered for our new Sales Advisor role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
- Bonus points: previous work in the energy industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- An ability and desire to work on own initiative, priorities and workload without supervision.
- Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively.
- Strong written/communication skills.
- Be results oriented with the determination to drive the business forward.
- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
