The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Broker with strong closing skills and experience selling investment or high-value products over the phone. You will be responsible for engaging qualified leads, educating potential investors about whisky cask investments, and converting them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective investors.

Present whisky cask investment opportunities clearly and confidently.

Build rapport and trust with high-net-worth and retail investors.

Close deals and manage the full sales cycle from introduction to purchase.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Follow up with warm leads and nurture long-term investor relationships.

Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs.

Stay up to date with market trends in whisky investments.
Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years telesales experience, ideally in investments, commodities, or alternative assets.

Proven track record of closing high-value deals over the phone.

Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.

Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner.

Target-driven with a strong work ethic.

Experience selling investments, financial products, or luxury assets is highly desirable.

Knowledge or interest in whisky investment markets is advantageous.
