Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Investment Broker to join our growing investment sales team in Epsom, Surrey. This is a high-performance role focused on pitching investment opportunities to prospective clients over the phone and closing deals.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, brokerage, or financial services, with proven experience converting leads into high-value investments. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential investors, presenting our company’s investment products, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively contact prospective investors via outbound calls and warm leads.

Deliver compelling sales presentations of the company’s investment products.

Build rapport and trust with clients while identifying their investment objectives.

Close investment deals and guide clients through the onboarding process.

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue and conversion targets.

Record all interactions and deal progress in the company’s CRM system.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets and the company’s offerings.
Requirements

Proven experience as a broker, investment sales executive, or high-value phone sales professional.

Demonstrated track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.

Strong telephone sales and client-conversion skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

Ability to build trust quickly with high-net-worth or prospective investors.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.

Understanding of investment products or financial markets is highly desirable.
Preferred Experience

Background in financial services, brokerage, wealth management, or investment sales.
