Role Overview
As a Senior Broker, you’ll work exclusively with inbound, pre-qualified leads. Your objective is clear: convert opportunities into completed deals and drive revenue. No cold calling, no prospect chasing—just performance and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads into completed bond and pre-IPO investment sales

• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients

• Meet and exceed individual revenue targets

• Collaborate with the team to refine and improve sales processes

Requirements

• Proven success as a top-performing broker in bonds, pre-IPO, or other high-value investment products

• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment sales

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented

• Fluent English required; Spanish is advantageous
