Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our fast-paced, FCA-regulated stockbroking firm and help build lasting client relationships.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for engaging with potential investors who have previously expressed interest in our publicly advertised investment research. Your key duties will include:

Making outbound sales calls to qualified leads.

Encouraging clients to open an account directly or arranging telephone/face-to-face appointments with a Senior Broker to assist with closing.

Working closely with an experienced Senior Broker, with full training, guidance, and support provided.
This position offers a clear career pathway toward becoming a fully qualified stockbroker.
Role Details

Hours: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday–Thursday in our London office (Friday working from home)

Compensation

Salary Range: £18,000 – £80,000 per year

Additional Pay: Bonus scheme, commission, and performance-based incentives
