Senior Broker – Inbound Leads Only

We’re seeking a highly driven Senior Broker who thrives on closing warm inbound leads. This is not a cold-calling role – you’ll only be speaking to prospects who have already expressed interest in our products/services.  The office is based in Bromley.

With a generous 20% commission per sale and no earning caps, this role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who are confident in their ability to convert interest into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, or live chat from qualified leads

• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions

• Overcome objections and close sales confidently

• Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and outcomes

• Work independently while delivering consistent results

Requirements

• Proven track record in telesales or closing high-value deals

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills

• Strong self-motivation and ability to work without supervision

• Comfortable working on a commission-only basis with high earning potential
