Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with warm, pre-qualified leads to introduce exclusive private equity opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and guide them through the investment process.
• Support senior brokers on high-value capital raise campaigns.
• Hit and exceed sales targets in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams on investor strategy and communications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, investment brokerage, or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of private equity, venture capital, or financial markets.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Strong motivation, resilience, and drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a high-performing sales team.
