My client is a fast-growing investment firm specialising in alternative assets and other non-traditional investment vehicles. There mission is to provide investors with access to high-quality, vetted opportunities that are typically reserved for institutional clients.
The Role:
As a Junior Investment Broker you will play a critical role in expanding our investor base through outbound telesales. You will engage with qualified leads and educate prospective clients on alternative investment opportunities. This is a high-activity, high-reward role with a clear path for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to high-net-worth individuals and accredited investors from qualified lead lists

Introduce and explain alternative investment opportunities in a compliant and compelling way

Build rapport quickly and understand client needs and suitability

Maintain accurate records of conversations and progress within the CRM system

Follow up persistently and professionally to move prospects through the sales funnel

Stay informed on industry trends and the performance of current offerings

Work closely with senior sales and compliance teams to ensure high conversion and retention
What We’re Looking For:

Confident and persuasive communicator with a strong phone presence

Resilient, self-motivated, and driven by targets

Ideally some exposure to financial products, telesales, or client-facing roles (though full training will be provided)

Interest in finance, wealth management, or alternative assets

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time and leads effectively
