Description
Suisse Capital Group is seeking driven, articulate, and reliable Sales Representatives to join our remote appointment-setting team. As a key part of our lead engagement process, your primary responsibility will be to qualify pre-vetted investor leads and book appointments for our Investor Relations team. You will not be required to close deals – your sole focus will be on making initial contact, qualifying the prospect, and scheduling a follow-up call.
This is an ideal role for candidates who are confident on the phone, have experience in outbound sales or lead generation, and are looking for a work-from-home opportunity with a performance-driven structure.
Job Overview:
As a Junior FX Broker, your role will be to generate new business opportunities by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential corporate clients in need of FX solutions. You’ll work remotely but be fully supported with training, mentorship, and tools to help you succeed in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, digital networking, and referrals

Book and conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their FX needs

Educate prospects on our product offerings and the value of our FX services

Work closely with senior sales and account management teams to close deals

Keep CRM updated with lead activity and pipeline development

Stay current on global FX market trends and share insights with prospects

Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs related to outreach and qualified leads
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

0–2 years experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (FX or finance industry a plus)

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high energy

Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time effectively

Basic understanding of financial markets or willingness to learn

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
