Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Broker to join our established team in Bromley. This is a key role for a confident professional with a proven track record in brokering, client relationship management, and business development. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, generating new business opportunities, and contributing to the strategic growth of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term relationships and client satisfaction

Source, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities

Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to clients based on their individual needs

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

Stay informed on market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activity

Mentor junior brokers and support their development

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
-
3+ years of experience in a broking role (alternative investments)

Strong knowledge of the whisky/wine market)

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Ability to close deals
