We’re now looking for a passionate, results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our reach, grow our partnerships, and take our premium whisky to new markets. If you live and breathe spirits, love building relationships, and have a nose for opportunity—this might just be your perfect dram.
Your Mission:

Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, bars, and hospitality partners.

Collaborate closely with marketing and brand teams to create targeted sales strategies and campaigns.

Attend trade shows, tastings, and industry events to promote our brand and connect with key players.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging markets to keep us ahead of the curve.

Report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and partnership progress regularly.
You Bring:

2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the whisky, spirits, or the investment industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills—able to sell the story, not just the product.

A self-starter attitude with the drive to own your territory and make an impact.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

A deep appreciation for whisky and a curiosity to keep learning.
