Job Description:
We seek a skilled and results-driven Senior Gold Broker to join our team. As a Gold Broker, you will be responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of gold and other precious metals for clients, while providing expert market analysis, advice, and exceptional customer service. You will leverage your industry knowledge and market insights to secure profitable transactions and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust. Provide personalized advice to clients on gold market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities. Assist clients with their gold investments, from sourcing to executing transactions, and ensure timely delivery of products. Sales & Business Development:
Proactively seek new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and generating leads. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business. Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to promote our services and build new accounts. Administrative & Compliance:
Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and market activity. Ensure all trades comply with relevant regulatory standards and company policies. Prepare reports on market trends, performance, and business development activities.
Education & Experience:
Experience closing deals Proven experience in sales, trading, or brokerage, with a focus on investment products. Strong understanding of the gold market and trading platforms.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in transactions. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Certifications:
Relevant licenses or certifications in securities, commodities, or trading (preferred but not required).
