Job Description:
Full time position available with a competitive salary. Minimum expected earnings are £3000+ PM first year depending on experience and performance. The commissions structure is above industry standard.
We are an independent brokerage based in London. Although only a medium sales floor, tremendous success has been achieved resulting in an expansion of our team.
The role:
The broker will conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers across the UK and Abroad to enhance sales. Maintaining regular and documented contact with existing customer base, building relationships and developing new accounts. Make a sizeable amount of calls a day, spend hours on the telephone talking to prospective customer. Ensuring each client receives a fantastic customer service Skills/Experience:
Excellent telephone manner (English must be your first language) Comprehensive knowledge of the financial markets Proven Tele-sales or Sales Experience Experience dealing with high volume of calls Ability to work well under pressure and efficiently on your own as well as part of a productive team High confidence Goal driven, money motivated and highly ambitious The company provides tremendous support and training.
