An established dynamic Private Equity company are looking for a young, driven and highly motivated Trainee Stock Broker to work on Private Equity desk for a Technology company and join a vast expanding stockbroking team.

The right candidate will be engaging and good at relationship building; you’ll need to be able to cope under pressure with the demands of a busy sales desk. Hard working and not afraid of long hours. As well as making fast progression in such a thriving office.

- Communication skills are key as you’ll be expected to make at least 300 calls a day.

- You will have targets to reach each month, if they are hit they’ll be rewarded.

- It’s necessary you have an interest in the financial sector, as well as the technology sector.

- It is important that you have a clear phone manner.

This job role will suit somebody who is looking to start a career in the financial sector. This offer comes with a basic salary and a great commission structure.

You will be on a 3-month probation period, if you are successful there will be benefits. These being; offering to sponsor the successful candidates Regulatory Financial Exams to go on to be a fully qualified stockbroker. We offer full training on the financial markets, and ongoing support provided, fast track promotion for those who do the business.

When you start, you will receive a basic wage of £750-£1250 a month with a commission structure of anywhere between 5-15% with deals ranging from £10 to 100k. The basic wage stays at £750-£1250 until you are promoted to a Senior trader.
