We are actively seeking highly motivated and career-driven 360 Sales Closers to engage with pre-qualified customers and contribute to our thriving sales ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities: - Meeting sales targets through effective engagement and strategic relationship-building to nurture and convert prospective customers. - Maintaining accurate system information by updating and amending data as needed. - Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure a seamless and customer-centric sales process. - Demonstrating proven ability in achieving direct sales targets with a steady employment history, though applicants without prior experience will also be considered. - Exhibiting a tenacious attitude and a drive to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment. Qualifications and Benefits: - Strong communication skills with perfect conversational English and an eloquent phone voice. - Willingness to improve and grow through receptive to constructive criticism. - Previous experience in sales, particularly in closing deals, is essential. - Attractive compensation package, including a base salary of £2,000 per month net, plus commissions of 10% from openers and 15% from closes. - Additional perks include sales incentives, team trips abroad (e.g., Rolex's, Luxury Holidays, etc.), and an office located in Wandsworth. - Regular office hours from Monday to Friday (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM) with an early finish on Fridays.
