Job Description:

We are excited to welcome a seasoned Senior Broker to our team in Dubai. This unique opportunity comes with the added benefit of fully covered flights and accommodation for your relocation. As a Senior Broker, you will leverage your expertise to strengthen our presence in the Dubai market while enjoying a seamless transition to your new location.
 
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate leads, building a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Present our range of products/services in a compelling and consultative manner, addressing client pain points effectively.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sales support.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
 
Experience:
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in a brokerage or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of investment products/services offered and the ability to communicate their value effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections gracefully.
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles and high-value clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a hunger for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- High degree of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
 
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn. We offer a competitive commission structure that rewards high performance.
