Quantus Gallery are actively seeking to train & recruit Junior Brokers with sales experience to work on our new private client division desk consisting of 10 new brokers.

As Europes First NFT Gallery with an advisory divison Our goal as an organisation is to utilise our expertise within the art market and our unique platform of buyers, thus enabling us to achieve high capital growth and security to a wide range of investors.

We are looking to recruit brokers who are keen to learn about the industry, of which we will educate you not only on the desirability of certain pieces but also as to why certain artists and artworks are currently in demand. Thereafter being able to bring enthusiasm and charisma to the sales floor in order to attract potential buyers and complete trades that will result in you earning healthy commissions & bonuses.

Your main role will involve attracting potential buyers for our senior consultants to progress with. Therefore approachability and friendliness are key.

High growth potential of 50k-100k per annum (uncapped).
Basic salary of up to 32k per annum (plus commission).
