Job Description:

Fabrik Property Group is a specialist property consultancy that provides clients around the world with access to the UK’s most sought-after investment opportunities. We are here to build long- term relationships through transparent advice. We advise on both the risk and the reward of any opportunity, making sure our clients are making fully educated and informed decisions. 
 
We are looking for an exceptional salesperson with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in new build property sales, who is able to develop existing client relationships whilst continually generating out new business. Your role will be to sell high end, off plan properties to investors. You should be confident in selling over the phone, many clients are international, so you must be able to overcome cultural differences and tailor your pitch to suit many nationalities. For UK based investors, you may be required to meet with clients on site, carry out viewings and present your sales pitch face to face. This is a fast paced, target driven role. We are looking for charismatic, high achievers who can succeed within a highly competitive market.

Communication Skills - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, over the phone/email and face to face.
 
Flexibility - With a UK and Global customer base, our Sales Consultants must have a flexible approach to working hours and must possess a full driving licence to visit sites, conduct client viewings etc.
 
Basic salary £18/20k rising to £24k after achieving targets, OTE £70k (£100k in year 2), plus rewards, incentives, career progression opportunity and staff holidays.
