Capitex FX are currently seeking a highly driven, self-motivated individual to join our Corporate Sales team as a Junior Account Executive. Capitex FX are a fast-growing deliverable Foreign Exchange and payments provider. Following an incredibly bullish first year of trading, Capitex FX are looking for the right individual to work with our existing sales team and to support our aggressive growth targets.
This is an entry level role into the foreign exchange market and as such the candidate does not need to have a background in the sector. Full training will be carried out by our team of highly experienced staff who have decades combined experience in the financial sector. Whilst experience in FX is not essential, we would expect the individual to have very basic understanding of finance. Most importantly we would need the individual to be self-driven, highly motivated and ambitious. This job ensures large growth prospects for the individual should they perform well and regularly meet targets. This would include progression to become Senior Account Executive once targets have been met. Normal working hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm however Junior Account Executives would be expected to work over and above these hours to ensure and maintain maximum performance in the role. As a result, the individual will need to be flexible to work the necessary hours. Requirements: • Professional telephone manner • Comfortable in social environments • The ability to influence and persuade • Extremely self-driven and motivated • Good IT skills Roles & Responsibilities: • Joining a quickly expanding desk to focus on Corporate Sales • Establish and manage current and new relationships with corporate clients • Assisting clients by providing knowledge and expertise regarding the FX market • Ability to build relationships with large/mid cap Corporate Clients • Meeting with liquidity providers and monthly company social events Benefits of the Business Development Executives: • Opportunity to be part of a new and rapidly growing business • Regular training from senior dealers • 28 days annual holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) • Regular incentives such as monthly company socials and company nights out • Progression to Senior account executives once targets have been met This role has uncapped earning potential with the progression to be earning in excess of £40K by year 2/3 providing targets have been met.
