The Role – Senior Broker

• Calling warm inbound PPC leads produced from our in-house digital marketing team.
• Competently closing prospects and generating sales revenue.
• Identifying demographical customers that best suit the product and services that we provide.
• Able to self-actuate and problem solve with little or no management intervention
• Competent in sales with the ability to build rapport, identify buyer’s needs and provide solutions.
• Understand financial markets and product knowledge in fixed income & equity-based investments.

What Do You Need to Apply for This Role?

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial telephone sales
• Competent in closing business
• Competent in taking a sale from A-Z
• Be able to competently identify demographical prospects that are best suited to the products and services we provide
• Confident, persuasive and articulate when pitching a potential customer.
• Strong product knowledge in fixed income and equity-based products.
• Professional attitude with strong metal resilient towards all aspects of the role.

 
The Offer

• Salary £18,000-24,000 PA
• Commission up to 4%
• OTE £120,000
• Annual Bonuses
