Due to recent growth, we are currently recruiting senior sales brokers for our Mayfair office who would enjoy working within the fast paced environment of a dynamic sales team, with exceptional earning potential and progression. 

You will be working with in bound enquiries generated from a variety of sources such as PPC, Emails and investor days so you need to be a expert in your field and have a track record of closing new business along with maintaining your clients.
This entry level position involves developing new investors for the company (High Net worth Individuals & Sophisticated Investors) whose investment is then channelled in to alternative projects, predominately in the UK within Property or the Renewable Energy Sector.

Job description:
 
This is a sales role where candidates will be responsible for calling red hot inbound prospects and developing new business accounts. This will be primarily a new business sales role where you will identify a prospects needs and demonstrate how our services will help them achieve their trading objectives but you will also keep and maintain all your clients ensuring the needs are met.

Salary: 

Salary will depend on experience where we will offer a retainer as well as a sliding scale commission structure. 

Job Requirements:

Applicants must have the following:
  • Minimum of 6 months closing sales experience in Property or Renewable energy.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to problem solve and think on feet with an excellent work ethic
  • Ambitious and determined
  • Basic understanding of how the financial markets work
  • An extremely self-motivated, positive and target driven character
  • A confident, professional with an engaging personality
  • A strong desire to succeed in sales, in order to achieve excellent earnings and career progression  
 
Main Responsibilities
  • Frequent prospecting calls to existing accounts and potential customers.
  • Arrange and execute face to face visits to promote our products to both potential and existing customers
  • Follow up on inbound sales leads
  • Stay informed about the financial markets in order to spot trends, look for new opportunities and establish credibility with our customers by understanding their business.
