Job Description:

We are a well-established, highly respected fine wine & champagne brokerage looking to grow our already exceptional sales team.

You will be joining a lively sales floor who are looking for positive, driven individuals with a natural ability to sell.

We provide extensive support and training in house and from day one you are given the tools you need to be a great sales agent.

Job Description

  • Conducting outbound calls to sell to warm qualified leads supplied by our marketing team.

  • Making approximately 200-300 outbound calls per day using our auto dialler.

  • Be responsible for closing and setting up customers with accounts in the market.

  • Educating them on the market and setting up diary events for the account manager to build

    an extensive portfolio after their first purchase from you.

  • Double qualifying the customer to potentially enter the market with the ability to remove

    uninterested prospects and take the sale away due to scarcity of stock.

    Requirements

  • Strong work ethic driven by personal financial goals and target driven ambition

  • A great telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone

  • The ability to learn sales scripts and project with confidence and clarity, with an initial target

    of 3 new business deals per week.

  • To be resilient and have the ability to learn from your mistakes

  • Working under pressure and efficiently on your own as well as part of a team

    We offer a basic salary of £15K+ (dependent on age and experience) plus uncapped commission and bonuses/incentives.

    The key feature of this position however is the ability to progress within the company into an account management role and earn upwards of £100K + per year after targets are met.

    Successful candidates for this position will either possess prior knowledge of this interesting alternative investment market or be willing to learn and develop in their role.
