Trainee Investment Broker - Financial Markets We are a leading financial derivatives trading firm. We have expanded our company and we are due to be opening a new office in Central London. We deal with a variety of high net worth individuals from around the globe providing great customer service whilst ensuring that we help our clients to not only understand the financial markets but also to profit from them. The Financial Sales Role You will be joining the Trainee Derivatives Broker Team where you will be • Interacting with high-profile, corporate clients • Attempting to understand the businesses and needs of your clients using a consultative and conscientious approach • New Business Lead Sourcing • Cold Calling and sourcing of new clients • Face to face negotiations with existing clients • Attending company shows and conferences as part of company promotion Incentives As well as working in a fun and energetic atmosphere with like-minded people, working in Financial Sales also comes with other incentives such as: · Annual Christmas holiday to Europe for the whole Company · Other company holidays to Ibiza, Croatia, Las Vegas, Miami etc · Prizes such as ipads, weekend trips, spa trips and lunch clubs at Michelin Star restaurants · Huge earning potential · Fast career progression Requirements Although Business-to-Business Sales or over-the-phone sales experience would be beneficial, it is not necessary as one-on-one training is offered.
