Job Description:

One of the UKs leading Marketing Brands is looking for enthusiastic Lead Generators and Account/ Sales Executives for their offices based in London.
 
Responsibilities

  • Researching, calling to qualify prospects and offer our solutions/alternatives to traditional methods used on the open market. 
  • Client management, identifying client needs and servicing those requirements.
  • Build a rapport with high net worth individuals over the phone.
  • Making 100- 200 warm calls per day.
  • As you establish your role in the company we aim for all marketing agents to develop into Account Management. 
Skills/ Experiences
  • A track record of high enthusiasm and a winning attitude for success, in and outside the work place. 
  • Excellent verbal communication and command of English language. 
  • Being a team player with a positive and confident 'can do' attitude to all aspects of life. 
  • 3 months telesales experience.

 The company offer:
A clear and transparent promotion structure. High achievers quickly progress within the company to develop their careers as we only promote from within. 

Comprehensive and on-going sales and business training from some of the best in the industry. 

After 4-6 months, any candidate with the credentials we have mentioned should be at least earning an extra 50-100% on top of the basic wage.

Current account managers are earning between 4-8k a month within a 6-month period.
