We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team remotely. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and opening deals with B2B clients for our software solutions. You’ll work remotely, leveraging digital tools and modern sales strategies to connect with decision-makers, understand their business needs, and demonstrate how our products deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities within target industries and markets.

  • Conduct outbound sales efforts via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking to generate leads.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Conduct virtual product demos and presentations to showcase the value of our software solutions.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align lead generation strategies and client feedback.

  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in B2B sales.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a remote or inside sales environment.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.

  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proficient with CRM software and online communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
